Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies any results; Hart County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other direct message as needed to respond. It is not disclosed outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

No Court-Record Data on File
Hart County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of dockets or personal case information. It offers directions for locating records held by the Hart County Clerk of Superior Court, Hart County Superior Court, other local courts, and Georgia's court-access directories. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate any search boxes displayed here. Information submitted to one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy policy, including its retention and disclosure rules, which we do not control. Review those terms before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Hart County Clerk of Superior Court, trial-court resources, Georgia court directories, legal-aid organizations, or commercial search services. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and select targeted advertisements.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed to:
- Analytics providers that measure visits and performance
- Outside search providers that process submitted queries
- Advertising networks serving content on the site
- Government or law-enforcement authorities acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information we collect. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, however, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied personal information, we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, privacy or consumer-protection law may give you rights concerning personal data. The Georgia Open Records Act governs access to qualifying government records; it does not establish privacy rights for visitors to this privately operated website. You may ask us to:
- Provide a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, where applicable
- Stop certain processing, where that option is available
